I can't upload an image on PM....what am i doing wrong?

We're missing the fancy textbox editor on the replies. It's on the list of repairs, but you can type in any other box and do a copy/paste into the reply box for now. This is one of the many things we fixed before we migrated data and it was somehow lost when we migrated. 

Copy an image (into your clipboard) you want to put in a post, and then paste it into the post like so:
