    sorry I do not know if I am reading this question correctly but if you have died and the doctors could not revive you how can you answer the question as you will be six foot under

    No, I have not.
    But I know a guy who was in a motorcycle wreck. His face was basically torn off. He had no signs of life. The officers had put him in the body bag. He woke up in the bag. He is still alive today about 30yrs later. 
    He died and no one else revived him.

    Maybe and it would explain my extra small head  - maybe after I died  and the doctors couldn't revive me they called in a Witch doctor and he had to shrink my head to get blood moving to my heart. Cheers!
