Macho is often another word for insecure.. someone who has to pretend to be bigger tougher braver more daring and decisive.. because they feel threatened.. insecure as I say.. there's no need for macho dudes really in a world where men all feel confident and secure..
No one needs a whining wimp either ..for similar reasons...

Perhaps this is not the best time to mention this dude as macho ---------- but Steven Seagal comes to mind. The guy is lookin' a bit overweight, but I assure you he is still a nasty dude physically.
