A State of Grace. Free from mortal sin. Is that confined to the Catholic religion? Must one be religious to aspire to it?

GRACE. "Elegance or beauty of form, manner, notion or action. A pleasing or attractive quality or endowment". Gracious. Graceful. Amazing Grace. Religious or not is grace something you have or something you learn? Are you born with it? Does it come naturally to some and is it out of reach for others?  Can it be taught? Can it be emulated? Is it a worthy goal to be gracious, graceful? why?

It seems like a worthy goal for anybody to aspire to,and no I can't believe it is out of anybodies reach.
