Do you have favorite duets featuring artists whom you didn't expect to sing together?

One of my most favorites (and I may add others as individual answers) is
"Hey Good Lookin'" featuring Buckwheat Zydeco and Dwight Yoakam.
They ROCK together!

Playing this song just now, I discovered that Buckwheat Zydeco (Stanley Joseph Dural, Jr, I believe; I'm a big Dwight fan, so I'm unsure of Stanley's full name) died in September of this year. I love Yoakam and this song introduced me to Buckwheat Zydeco.

I pretty much like everything they do, too, WingedWonder.
Especially "Go West," their cover of the Village People tune. It's not a duet but the song is head-and-shoulders above the Village People's original in my opinion. And the music video is phenomenal! So, I'm posting it!

    Hi Lago!
I must admit that I'm unfamiliar with the music of Motorhead, Osbourne and Slash but I certainly like this song a lot! It's the first I've heard it.
Thanks for answering my question, too!
Getting ready to leave to work and feeling not-so-great (what's new about that? ha!), so this was a nice send-off!

Oh, my, yes --  what a classic get-together! Besides Bing and David singing together, putting the two songs together is cool! It doesn't get much better than this! Thanks for reminding me of it, TammyV2.O

Regardless of the reasons of his departure, I still miss Brian Williams.

Thanks, Randy, D! And thanks for answering!
I have to get to work (I've been on answermug a lot lately right before I go to work). I'll later look up Paltrow and Lewis, though!

    You're welcome!
I forgot to mention Phillip Bailey (of Earth, Wind and Fire) and Phil Collins singing "Easy Lover".

One more: David Bowie and one of the Muppets (I forget which one) singing "The Little Drummer Boy".

Wait, another one is "On My Own" by Patti LaBelle and Michael McDonald.

Add anything by Barbra Streisand and Andy Gibb to this list.

    Ok, I'm done now.

You sure it wasn't David Bowie and Bing Crosby? Ha! TammyV2.0, above, mentioned Bowie and Crosby singing Little Drummer Boy.
    :)
I'm sure you're not mistaken, though. I can see well that Bowie would be cool enough to want to sing with a Muppet.

I'll have to look up the other ones, too. My work day ended up being ten hours long. I'm zonked at the moment.

I'll have to listen to Streisand and Gibb again -- to give them another chance because I remember not really liking one of their duets.
    :)

Feel free to keep adding more if you want. I know I may.

I finally looked this one up and listened. It is nice! Thanks!

I didn't realize by the title that it's a cover of the Smokey Robinson song.
