Why are some American pols so proud of being lame/second-class/inept vis a vis health care coverage for citizens. Why aren't they ASHAMED?

They think they're such hot stuff. Exceptional. What a crock! They can't even provide health care coverage for all our citizens as other countries have done for theirs for many years. Preening their peacock feathers. Admiring themselves. Congratulating themselves for being less-than, uncaring, incompetent, ignorant, a laughingstock, ridiculed. Why?

    Because they are in the throes of an evil ideology that borders on the demonic. All ideologies, not tempered by a humane core, ultimately lead to a killing conclusion. That is why the Judeo-Christian belief/philosophy begins with the First Commandment warning against "False Gods". 

    For years now, we have seen how the Republican leadership has sold their souls to the false god of ideology leading astray the rank and file. They have brought us a president-elect who is mired in an even more ancient ideology - the love of money, money, money. Trump's theme song. 

    From the idol of the Golden Calf to the Golden Tower to the Golden Hair is a straight line.

    Are these metaphors myths? Of course they are, but all myths are grounded in a profound truth.
