  • it is. i was waiting for the bus 2 days ago and this women was yelling, screaming and was going crazy.. the police showed up and asked her what was going on. she said nothing (when they left she started again) This post was edited by Benedict Arnold at January 19, 2017 8:41 AM MST

    Talking to yourself is never a problem. It is just thinking out loud. Talking to people who are not there, that is a mental issue.
