    Hi Corey.

Always list your highest education first.  If it is higher than a high school diploma, it's not necessary to list the H.S. dip because it is assumed you graduated high school.  You can always fill in that info during your interview if the interviewer asks about it.

Hope that helped you.  Have a great day.

  • That's exactly what I was looking for, thanks. I didn't know about putting the highest first, although I had already set it up that way.

If you're going to include the information on your resume, you should spell diploma correctly.

You beat me to it!  Corey doesn't make many typos, so when he does I'm there to ridicule him - as any decent friend would. ;)

Heck yeah!  I've named our little spinake "Simon."  I've taught him how to play "Simon Says."  He's not very good at it.
    Me:  "ATTACK! .....  Nuh-uh-uh!  Simon didn't say!"
    Simon:  "Oh yes, I did."

    Hello Corey:

I say NO.  You have to understand what the function of a resume IS, and it's NOT to get you the job.. It's to get an interview..  So, your resume has to be DIFFERENT than the 100's of 'em that are gonna be GLANCED through..  If you DON'T catch his or her attention in the first 10 seconds, you never will..

Here's a couple suggestions:  Don't list your job history with titles and dates - BORING..   Describe them using words like successful experience, met sales targets, increased profits, accomplished goals, and attained benchmarks..

    Don't use words like YOOGE..
