What do you think about this?

Yesterday I watched a news clip about some Russians that were watching the US election in a bar in Russia. When Trump won everybody in the bar started cheering and one guy jumped up and started chanting - Were # One. It didn't seem right to me. Cheers!

    That is hilarious, even though I really should not laugh at all.

    Yeh...I want to get along with Russia, but I will be terrified if we forget any of the lessons we all learned during the Cold War.  Russia should never ever be underestimated.

  • I heard similar reports.. that the Kremlin celebrated the victory of a man THEY Have worked to install and who they most likely believe is their puppet.. sad reflection on American politics and American ideals.

    But, of course, that anecdote proves nothing. Many people, both here and abroad, intensely dislike Hillary. That as much as anything else led to Trump's victory.

    I'm afraid that is probably true.  I do know people that said they voted for Trump because they disliked Hillary that much.
