The OC replacement plan to be introduced in Senate today. Will it pass?

Sen Susan Collins and Sen Bill Cassidy to introduce today, Jan 23, 2017, the Patient Freedom Act.

  • With both the Senate and House pretty much all GOP now? I think it will pass. From what I've read about it, it looks like a good plan. I hope it does pass as I've heard a lot of complaints about the last Affordable Care Act.

    Despite people calling it a "replacement" plan, it does not repeal or replace the ACA. I'd like to see the actual bill after it is introduced.

    According to Cassidy, it would give states more options, ensure no gap for people now covered under Obamacare and give some coverage and options to 30 million that are currently still uninsured.
