SNL writer attacks Barron Trump. While showing her ignorance. Suspended indefinitely will SNL bring her back?

*************************
This is a shot at a 10yr old
This is a shot at home schoolers
This is ignorant ....Barron is not homeschooled.

Can you imagine if this was said about the Obama daughters?

A "girl"? Guess you don't believe in that "equality" thing . . . who knew that you were such a misogynist? Guess that shouldn't be a surprise though . . .

And one thing? That's the point. No one stooped to doing that with the Obama kids. Yet another showing of the true character of leftist liberals. This post was edited by Salt and Red Pepper at January 25, 2017 7:13 AM MST

Yeah, right. NOTHING "makes air" without approval of the show's Executive Producer, and often higher up if the subject is controversial (has to be "vetted" by the lawyers).

So my guess is that her "suspension" is with pay and is only a publicity stunt, probably covering a vacation. She'll be back in the saddle as soon as it all blows over.

So don't let it blow over. Start writing letters to NBC in New York AND to Comcast in Philly (the own NBCUniversal and that's where their corporate HQ is located) complaining about the network's malfeasance and demanding that the show's executive producer be fired along with this idiot writer for letting it "air" in the first place.

If it didn't make air then it's a non-issue. (Don't know, I don't watch SNL anymore.) All kinds of stuff gets thrown at the wall during those writing sessions, probably make your hair stand on end. It's like making sausage.

But if it didn't "make air" then why does the whole world seem to know about it? Or did it make the East Coast feed and then someone at the Bisket Company had second thoughts and it was edited from the West Coast feed? That happens a LOT more than you may think.

Ah! Thanks. I don't "tweet" which is probably why I missed it.

IF she did that on an NBC twitter account then off with her head. If she did it personally then she's just a common idiot and probably should get a DS and admonished but probably not cut loose.

A lot of employers have clauses regarding social media posting in their contracts nowadays, particularly with people readily and widely identified with the company regarding posts that may reflect badly upon the company.

If she violated the terms of a PS contract then that's her problem and the company can do what it may do within the terms of that agreement, obviously. If no PS contract is in place with her then the terms of her union contract, if there is one will come into play (NBC used to have a lot of unions that had to be dealt with, but not so much these days).

The Blackberry was all the rage in newsrooms and Nextel PTT phones were just starting to replace two-ways when I signed my last PS contract so there was no "Social Media" clause to worry about. Ah, the good old days . . .

Yes, they probably will. That industry is forgiving, Mel Gibson was nominated for an Oscar yesterday...

I care not what SNL does any longer.  They are no longer funny but a mere political
commentary on their own agenda. Never thought I would stop watching them but
nothing could make me go back now.

Hands off all kids.  Her actions were irresponsible and if she loses her job for it, it will be a hard lesson learned.

Sadly, I remember how cruel many in the media were towards Chelsea Clinton when she was an awkward teen.

It's never OK, regardless of what you think of the President.  Leave the wives alone too.

I forgot about Chelsea, and poor Amy Carter.  Both were treated quite cruelly.

Amy really took an emotional beating.    She was about the same age as Barron is now when Carter took office.

I get so mad when they poke at any family member.  I don't blame Melania wanting to shield him from Washington.

He's a ten-year-old child. He looks a lot older because he's so big, but at the end of the day he's only 10. The woman should be fired, and should never hired again by anybody. Big, bad mistake.
