Well going threw an impeachment process does a US President still have full Commander and chief powers?

I'm wondering if Trump was being impeached could he throw a hissy fit and start a war. Cheers and happy weekend!

  • To be very honest I don't think anyone knows what Trump will do, probably not even himself. The man is unpredictable but yea hissy fits are his thing so don't be surprised.

    An impeachment process has no meaning except that it has to be done before he can be removed from office. It is a two step process: first impeachment, then removal. He is the president right up until he is removed.
