When you go to the casino do you always manage to leave when you are ahead or do you 'have to' play till you are broke (like I do)?

I don't go very often;  one time I won a $500. jackpot at the 25 cent slots but does  not near make up for losses but I enjoy the thrill.

  • Being that I'm an avid Poker player and a Casino is about 15 minutes away? I generally always leave when I'm ahead. Especially if a new dealer shows up. I do pretty darn good at Poker and haven't left without winning in quite some time. Slots are losers for me. Blackjack is pretty good too and I'm good with Roulette and Craps also.

    Yeah..? I never had much experience doing card games. I used to do ok on roulette wheel but it can be too fast way to lose money so I just stick with the slots where there are mostly old ladies.

  • I set myself a limit.  You could call it the "How much I'm willing to spend on entertainment tonight" limit and I've only lost all of that limit once.
    So, all the other times, I've come out ahead. :)
