Etcetera etcetera etcetera? Can it go to infinity and beyond forever?

    Courts can reverse lower court decisions all the way up to the Supreme Court of the United States.  Whatever decision that court makes is final as there is no appeal process.

    That's correct.  There is no appeal from the SCOTUS.
