    Flag day is a national day (june 14) honoring people who are tired, slow or dis-spirited. There are 2 main theories about the origins of this celebration:

    1) It may be because flags hang limply down when there is not enough wind to draw them away from the flagpole.

    2) It may be derived from the inscription on the statue of liberty, encouraging 'flagging' people to immigrate:
    "Give me your tired, your poor,
    Your huddled masses yearning to breathe free,
    The wretched refuse of your teeming shore.
    Send these, the homeless, tempest-tossed to me.
                                          I lift my lamp beside the golden door."

    Flag Day is not officially a national holiday, but many people take the day off anyway, I expect Trump will too.
