    That's great news;))
I get anxious when I worry too much about my parents.

  • Hey... I'm well adjusted :)
Sorry to hear about your anxiety ...  I think I've been heavily influenced by reading some bhuddist and Zen  works ... The ephemeral nature of life and the pain caused by not facing change when it comes along ...

  • I run the little finger of my left hand through my left eyebrow, vigorously, and I run my right fingers through my hair just behind my right ear.
Both together makes me look like I should be rubbing my tummy and patting my head at the same time, something like that.

L-theanine has been evaluated for improving mood, concentration and decreasing anxiety and stress.

I occasionally will pop a tablet, since I'm not a tea drinker. This post was edited by Beans/SilentGeneration at February 10, 2017 11:21 PM MST

I think in order to develop concentration, meditation is a necessity. It not only unstresses you but makes you very calm, no medication is necessary my friend,

se this link......I have to do this routine daily, my body has got so accustomed to it.
