Right wingers say their new health care law will provide QUALITY care for everyone, BUT they're gonna leave THOSE decisions to the states..

Hello:

Here's what I wanna know..  HOW can quality care BE different from state to state??  A North Carolinian's body is the same as an Ohioan's body, isn't it? Floridians catch the same diseases Californians, do, don't they??
