    Failures are a part of the process of progress....If they no longer have value, work them back into the intellectual soil that allows the progress.

    I think it is better to just bury them in the soil. They're failures that couldn't keep up. They're losers and don't have the intellectual capacity to survive in this world. Why bother with them at all? That only keeps the superiors down.
