You're the Owner. Do you require all your employees to agree with you about everything or stifle it? Are you intolerant of disagreement?

Do you fire people whose ideas are different from yours or do you listen to them and use the ideas if they are good/better/worthy?

  • I always listened to my employee's as they usually came up with some good ideas. The only thing I wanted them to agree with me about was quality. We had monthly meetings and I would let them air it out! They gave me some good ideas and a few bad ones but I always listened.
