A vicious crime is committed. What possible difference does it make if the criminal is a US citizen or a non-citizen?

Why give vicious CITIZENS a break? Makes no sense to me. Treat them all alike. Deport the lot of them. Get them the heck out of our country. Keep us safe!   :)

    Where are you going to deport this criminal to? The country of his ancestors?   Let us assume its a First Nations person (Native American) You going to deport him?

    You cannot deport a criminal citizen.
    For one thing what nation would agree to recieve them?
