    That happened to me. 

    I worked in a mall in Florida and the guard was sleeping on the job.  They locked all the doors while I was counting out the register and I got locked in and no one could find the guy to get me out. 

    I had to call my boss and tell her and she called the police to let me out.

    The guard was fired.

    If I knew anyone was there, I would have found him.  I never wanted to get anyone canned.   I had no idea anyone was around. They told me this after I got unlocked and free to leave.

    I guess the police knew where to go to find him.  It was a big place.  It took a few hours to get me out of there.  LOL

    Oh, he was still there and asleep. Somebody else locked the doors. He got himself fired. You are cleared.
