Navy Secretary nominee Philip Bilden withdraws. Doesn't Donald check with them first BEFORE he nominates? Why all the withdrawals?

    From reports in the paper, he didn't pass muster on the ethics review and he decided to pull his name due to businesses in which he is/was involved.  For what it's worth, his "qualifications" are that he is an international financier and an Army reservist.  By those standards, I am more qualified to be named Secretary of the Navy because I sailed a toy boat in the bathtub when I was little.
