    Tillerson just looks a pleasant doofus...goofy doofus. He stands, smiles, says nothing. Ignores all questions. It's  the weirdest most dumbheaded thing I've ever seen. That m'dear is our Secretary of State! How far down we've come Zack!. How far down! :( Thank you for your reply! :)

    Tillerson received the Russian Order of Friendship prize from Putin in 2013. He was once the head of Exxon's Russian operations. Trump had never met Tillerson, who has no political experiance, before nominating him for Secretary of State. Now the State Department has been downsized, losing many of its senior staff.
