    It is in the interest of all society to have good education and good health care - especially for those who lack these things.

    Whether it's a right or a privilege, others can debate. As for me, I see it as an essential need.

    I totally agree with thee whistle but some pols don't think so. One of them said "if you can't afford health insurance you don't deserve it"! You should have seen the abuse public education endured when Ronald Reagan became governor in California decades ago. Sad that. I would think both health care and education for the people would be a bipartisan thing but it isn't to the great detriment of we the people! If you're wealthy there is no adverse impact.
