The people who voted for him and believed him in West Virginia are in for a huge shock. The Trump budget CUTS funding to the laid-off miners to get help, be retrained, to the tune of $340 million! He promised them to bring back jobs and he cuts them off at the knees! What a lying shyster conman. Well they made their beds and they are now lying in them! SIGH. it doesn't. I don't believe this man is making any rational decisions because he was never qualified to be in office. It's just that simple and very bad for us in America.
So has that been done already then bh? How do you do that if you cut budgets and reduce the number of people whose job it is to weed out all the baddies and get rid of them?
