He was talking about North Korea and said 20 years of diplomacy have failed and "everything is on the table". The North Korean leader is unstable both mentally and emotionally. Why wave a red flag in front of him or poke his eye with a stick? We already have an undiplomatic head of state. Having an undiplomatic Secretary of State is not a good thing. If Tillerson gives up on diplomacy what is left? Does he really want to provoke a war/showdown with North Korea? Why?
