Can you help me make sense of this?

Today I was wondering the wine section.  Wines are generally grouped by country of origin or variety. So the heading above one section was, "Germany and Sake" Germany and Japan?  Grape and rice?

    You as proprietor just figuring out your whole store, meanwhile bibbling and bibbling...lotsa sake and that lovely liebfraumilch, and you thinkin' how well the sake and liebfraumilch go together and how lovely your day is, and ... and ... well prity quik it's a-makin' total sense to you, Germany and sake CLEARLY same category yes yes why not?

    Sounds like very fine, reasonable likker store there...I would shop in it!

  • Trader Joe's.   I wound up with a bottle of French Rose and NZ Sauvignon Blanc.  I don't know how to make the ' over the s in Rose.
