How much time do you need to ponder over an AM question before you frame an answer?

  • Depends on the question. Some get throwaway answers, some need a lot of thought. For the more complex questions I usually type my answer in Wordpad. (I've been cut off by the aM software too many times to risk putting a long answer directly on line from here.)

  • No, that's an admission of laziness. I hate typing a lengthy answer only to have it disappear.

Yes if it disappears then it is really painstaking to again compose. This post was edited by Veena.K at March 21, 2017 8:21 PM MDT

  • Some spring to mind without thinking ... serious  ones deserve thought   ... that's why i stay away from them lol This post was edited by Benedict Arnold at March 21, 2017 4:08 PM MDT

If you are staying near mine it means they are not serious? I'm offended;))

It will be in the now. I rarely go back to answer a question at a later time. I will at times reflect and look up stuff before replying to the question, but it will be real time, not built over several hours of thinking. Hmm.

I depends on the depth of the question.  If it's some fluff question, I usually just post whatever comes to mind.  If it's a more serious question, I give it more thought and, if I need to, do some fact-checking before I hit send.

Lets see... the question was posted 9 hours ago, and I am only answering it now.  :)  But I have been sleeping, and just saw the question now, so I admit, I spend very little time reflecting on the answer. Could be why most of my answers are so poor.

I don't click on a question unless I know what I am going to type.

It takes awhile to answer sarcastically.

I wasn't planning on wearing a swimsuit. Just two nude guys enjoying margaritas and each other.

I want you sober to remember the first, second and third time. After that, I'll start getting you tipsy and then we shall continue after every drink. BTW, I don't get drunk, but you can try. If that bladder gets full, you'll know what to do. We talked about that.;-)
