How important is making money? Would YOU sleep with a snake if it paid well? Would you do business with a foreign power you didn't trust?

I guess making money has never been that important to me. It seems to be the main thing with many and whatever they have to do to make they will. Maybe even including jeopardizing their country, fellow citizens or family. I dunno the why of it. Do you?
