Does Anyone Remember IN A GADDA DA VIDA, by the Iron Butterfly?

I just went to one of Jaimie's YouTube links, and there was this one in the queue...all 17 minutes...LONG time ago, I had the original album when I lived in SF 1968!
(sigh), good music never goes out of style I guess, this thing has 18 million hits!

  • Ha ha, TammyV2.0 this is funny...I was so unconventional at the time that I could not conform enough to fully enter hippie-dom...
I definitely hung out with hippies, but eventually someone would complain that I was not wearing quite the proper "uniform," their beads and togs and such...or some other non-conformng complaint...(sigh)

  • Yes! Quite the phenomenon in its day...I seem to like it still...apparently has not lost its appeal, it would be interesting to know the average age of those 18 million hits!
