This question was about an eBook reader. Problem solved.

Touch screen is frozen. Won't respond.
Unable to turn off the power.
Tried pressing the reset button, multiple times.
Unable to factory reset since it must be done through the touch screen.
Any suggestions?

It's OK, thanks. After six hours of trying I finally managed a factory reset and all was well.

  • Great minds think alike, Pearl. I wanted to do that but I have a waterproof eReader and the battery has been sealed inside. I couldn't get to it. All fixed now but thanks for the suggestion.
