  • Nope.   Not only do I remember if I read a book I get rid of them when finished.   I find novels I already read to be a silly waste of space.

    That's happened to me. The publisher changed the book cover. It looked different and I couldn't remember if I had read it or not.

    That's exactly what happens to me.  I have taken to looking at the copyright dates now.  If they are old, I've probably read the book if it's one of my favorite authors, but still get caught sometimes.
