Choice...Eat your dog or die of starvation?

Starve. I'm told that dog tastes awful.

I don't have a dog at the moment. So I guess I'm starving. Bon Appetite. 

Would the dog allow me to live until help came? Either way, I choose starve. But I have never been that hungry. Starvation is apparently a really bad way to go. So I don't know what I'm capable of. You could view it as a mercy killing since the dog would probably starve too. Unless your body would provide the dog food and the dog would survive. Dogs wouldn't have a problem eating someone. Tells you something about nature.

Die , no question. But I would eat the neibours stoopid cats so I'll live. It's fine. 

Depends on the dog. If I was shipwrecked with a Rotty or a Doberman and there was nothing else to eat, the dog might eat me first. :(

Never! I could never eat one of my fur babies no matter what.

Die of starvation, and I don't even have a dog.

Well, she is getting old..
I could feed my whole family and the other animals with a roasted Gooseberry.
I don't know if I'd do it though, especially when I could just catch fish in the creek or get food from the orchard and garden..

Hmm, a 130lb mastiff mix or no food at all. That's tough. But if I really had to I'd eat her, if I had no other option

I wasn't even considering the possibility of starvation when I ate that thing.

I need a new dog.

I don't have a dog, but the neighbors yippy yappy mutts that bark at me incessantly every time I set foot outside would certainly be menu consideration, starving or not.
