I seriously doubt if a useless tool like Kim could cause any effect at all because anyone else in power would jsut ignore him. But not our Donald. He has to provoke and show who is the mightiest. I am certain other powers are very interested in how this useless powderkeg of a President operates. The see he has a very short fuse, a knee-jerk mentality and he is perfect as a foil for whatever they have in mind to really take over this land.
