Liquid diet......V8s, naked juice, milk. All week Mon-Fri. Can eat sensible on weekends.  (I have not tried personally but I know some who have and lost 15# in 2 weeks)

You need some sort of exercise to stay fit.  The trick is finding something you like doing.  Swimming, tennis, racquetball, squash, volleyball, dancing, basketball, yard work, a bike ride through a nice area, are some of the stuff that comes to mind.

Well, one can lose weight with either of those but I wouldn't say it would make one "more fit."

  • I find it best to not allow one's self to be manipulated by externally imposed social conventions of body image or dubious ideas of "fitness".

  • A proper diet will allow your body to maintain a good weight, but fitness can't be achieved without exercise. My preferred type is cycling. You get to sit down, but it's also quite the workout. :)

Start with a simple step, start drinking lemon water, with a dash of cinnamon and 2 teaspoons of honey, first thing in the morning about 20-30 minutes prior to eating or drinking anything. This helps the liver to produce glutathione, a regenerative antioxidant that helps the liver process and eliminate toxins. • Personally found swimming to be the answer.   When having access to a water hole or swimming pool doing regular laps is great exercise that is easily passed off as leisure.
It's low impact,  high resistance,  combines muscle building with cardio, doesn't have the awful sweating, refreshing, and is a full body workout.   It's all WIN.
