IMO, only if the person has had their breast removed due to a health condition such as breast cancer.  Everything else (well-being included) is elective surgery.

  • Nope.
I don't think any cosmetic surgery should be covered by a regular health insurance plan or government benefit.
It's unfair and unnecessary to take from the insurance pool people pay into for anything that isn't for health or life. Cosmetic surgeries do not  meet those needs. This post was edited by Benedict Arnold at April 19, 2017 12:52 PM MDT

I'm left with yes... Most definitely it should!
Sheesh... I don't really think that, but I hate following the crowd ... Makes me feel like the guy with the broom after the circus parade has passed!

What can I say?  I can't help that I'm a smart little dog.  You on the other hand, should not be contrary simply because you don't like following the crowd.  Be a "Harry Lemming" like everyone else!  I am forming a cult and YOU WILL submit!  Bwahahah!.

Don't worry.  Introductions will be made at the orientation meeting, which begins at 7 p.m. sharp.  Refreshments will be served.  I hope you like Kool-Aid.
