    Hello Rosie:

    Executive orders are simply managing the executive branch.  Trump can manage it any way he wants..  He IS the chief executive.  But, they're NOT law.

    So then so far Trump has been responsible for ZERO legislation, right? Despite the promises/bragging he did nuthin' has materialized legislatively? Thank you for your reply goody and Happy Wednesday! :)
