Trump PROMISED to bring coal miner jobs back. Why not bring manual typewriter maker jobs back or covered wagon maker jobs back too?

Obsolete you say? We have moved on. We have made progress. Does Trump know that?  Or does he live in  the perpetual past making empty promises he cannot possibly keep, believing he can?

  • Not too sure of the analogy here....
    Coal mining is not obsolete, many hard working folks in Appalachia can attest to that. We still use coal in huge quantity.

    Not the same thing coal jobs are still here and still needed..coal is still the most common used fuel for electricity plants.

    But we still use coal, we still need people to mine it.
    Also, manual typewriters are awesome. I'd like to see more of those again.
