Is it a good idea to use drug lord's money to pay for for southern Trump wall, instead of US taxes?

Senator Ted Cruz of Texas suggested we use El Chapo's drug money to pay for the wall. Apparently he has about $14 billion somewhere.

    This will only encourage the fruitless, nonsensical war on drugs.

    Send the bill to Pumpkinhead and let him deal with it personally 'cause he want's the damn thing so bad.
    He could skip a few rounds of Golf at Mar-a-Largo and make his prostitute wife move to DC with him to cover the cost.
