Trump knows his base is very demanding and when they get hungry they can get very ugly so he tosses bits and pieces of outrage just to mollify them. Thinking about breaking up the 9th circuit court of appeals because they thwart him! Seriously folks why doesn't he put a hit on any agency or group of people that gets in his way and says "no" to the Great Man? Get rid of all of them! Is that his next trick?
