Discussion»Statements»Rosie's Corner» Choices are good. They give you elbow room. "OBSTRUCTION OF JUSTICE" or "HIGH CRIMES AND MISDEMEANORS?" Which will take Trump down? Why?
No impeachment with a Republican controlled House and Senate. Once again Trump's enemies are getting their hopes up only to have them squashed as they were with Hillary.

Pence may well bring the motion himself. Or it could be McCain, who cordially detests Trump. The GOP is beginning to realize that if Trump is still Prez come midterms, they're headed for a train wreck - they'll be wiped out, no Republican candidate will be elected dogcatcher even in the reddest of red States. They'll have to dump him to save their a$$es.
Startibartfast, Trump's re-election or any reflection on another republican's race for re-election will rest as it should be on his performance. I have already warned failure promises the country to swing hard Left.
I thought there were two options Sbf. "Obstruction of justice" and "High crimes and misdemeanors". If they are not distinctly different why are there two designations? Makes no sense to me at all if what you say is true. Thank you for your reply.
Article II, Section 4: "The President, Vice President and all civil officers of the United States, shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other High Crimes and Misdemeanors."
The key word is "other", those two are just examples.
I am not a gun person O. I thought you knew that by now. So you are saying the only way to get rid of his royal fat a** is assassination? I would not sanction that nor support it. Assassination is a terrible thing no matter who gets taken out. Thank you for your reply and Happy Thursday.
I don't know if anyone is going to bring Trump down. There is a lot of noise going on, on Twitter. As Trump is on there, it's easy to learn what he is saying right away. The news is that a special counsel has been appointed by DAG Rosenstein. His name is Robert Mueller, a former FBI director for George W. Bush, and maybe, Clinton. He has been given civil service protection and can't be fired by Trump.
