My son makes me feel a bit ashamed at how much I love my parrot.

I feel like a freak with my love of tornadoes. We're under a tornado watch right now and I'm so excited! I'm hoping to get to see one and maybe take a picture!

I grew up in tornado alley and always wanted to see one.  I've heard people say Alabama is the only state where people go outside during a storm to look for a funnel cloud.  Funny.  And maybe true.  Be careful.

Oh yeah, I never saw one.  They have taken houses on my block but I have never actually seen one.  I still would like to, but now I live on the Gulf so hurricanes are the issue now.

I live in Florida, but the one time I've actually seen a tornado, everyone went running outside to watch and take pictures. We were having a party when a storm came and spiced things up. I don't know if it's considered a tornado if it was over the river, but it was still a beautiful sight. The crazy lightning was what made us go running back. I've also had a tornado go through my neighborhood, but that happened at night and I didn't want to be going out there especially with power poles popping and trees going down. Thankfully it was a weak one and didn't cause too much damage.

Nope. Each to his/her own. I encountered lots of tildes in my travels but never developed feelings for any.

A prime grade rib-eye cooked medium rare causes me to gush poetically about perfection, beauty, and my euphoric feelings.

I have never asked, but I suspect the steak would prefer I feel shame and just leave it alone.  (lol)

Tom, I have never heard a person feel so passionate about a prime grade rib-eye steak in my entire life.  Thank you.  I now feel complete.  The next time I go to a steak house, I will order one in your honor.  Hopefully, it will move me as it does you.  If so, I will write and let you know.  I'm taking it you don't order A-1 or ketchup with it ?!
