  • Medicinal marijuana is, and recreational will be soon. I don't smoke, but I voted for its legalization.

  • Medical barely is in NY.  We have medical but  the cost just to get approved for it is ridiculous and it's hard as hell to get approved or find a legal source.

    Typical for New York State.  The king of bureaucracy and over regulations.

    It will soon be legal in this state...medical only for now.  The state from where I last moved was the first to legalize personal recreational use of the stuff.
