No, because Socialism calls for increasing taxes, not cutting, taxes on the wealthy, in order to raise money to help the poor!

It is the EFFECT I speak of Durdle. The EFFECT of TAX CUTS put over 1.5 trillion dollars in the pockets of the wealthy. How is that a form of WELFARE only the wealthy don't call it that.

    It is very socialistic.

Now if you provides programs to help those in need we call that social welfare. Socialism. It depends upon the size of your bank account and how the SOCIALISM is delivered to you. Whether you call is frankfurter or a hot dog it's the same bologne. I guess I didn't make my point in a clear concise manner.

When we give SUBSIDIES to the wealthy to not grow anything on there farms that is WELFARE. Free money not there to salve their sorrows? Being paid to not do. Oddly American. I'm going to ask. Are you still unsure of my intention? Thank you for your reply. It missed the mark but that is probably because the question I asked did not transfer well from my brain to yours.

Tax cuts are always paid for by paring back the services that taxes pay for, or charging more for them. So the 1% benefit by forcing the 99% to do without certain services or accept substandard ones.
