I only eat a little bit each time. And, by the way, it does affect you as I must leave here and go get something to eat. You won't be able to say funny stuff to me.

My dad gets that, apparently, but with him it's visual: he keeps ordering me to hide the fruit, because if he sees it he'll want to eat again. Me, I sometimes get a thirst I just can't quench--not an alcoholic one, to be clear. ... Hopefully not vampiric either.

I find it happens to me when I'm home - not when I'm at work.

Are you a diabetic?  That can make one constantly hungry.  Usually it means you haven't eaten what your body needs (sugar, protein, carbs, etc.). This post was edited by Shuhak at February 27, 2020 7:14 PM MST

Sometimes that can happen if the food we eat is not giving us the nutrition we need. A diet of empty calories doesn't really satisfy,

No, I get hungry when I don't eat.  I'm trying to "get behind" the hunger thing.  I keep telling myself, enjoy this hunger feeling, run with it or ignore it.  Trying to make it a part of my life.
