Are you the life of the party or do you like to hang out in the corner with the spinach dip and pumpernickel bread?

Don’t be hating on spinach dip and pumpernickel. For many, that is the reason they come and stay.

Lol :) how did you read that as hate? I want to be the girl that can just shut up and hang in the corner with bread and dip.

No, no, I just don’t agree that those are the “side items.” Think about it. At a restaurant, the dips and breads are the first thing people gobble up and eat while they are waiting for their food. By the time the actual dish comes, they are too full and box it up. So the life of the party is the bread and dip.

But when they’re eating the bread they’re still waiting for the steak or whatever to come.. NO ONE  CARES ABOUT THE BREAD TILL ITS GONE! GAWD! I don’t even even remember the point of this question now lol. I feel like I had one.. a point lol

You must not have bread-lovers as friends.

What's your issue with pumpernickel? White bread is for chicken babies!

Lol, you too now? Why do assume I’m insinuating  the person eating the pumpernickel bread in the corner is the one I have the problem with? maybe it’s the “ life of the party“ person I think needs to chill out and eat some bread.

If it's a regular party I probably will really enjoy the dip as well as circulate a bit.  If there is dancing I will forget the food.

Life of the party. If spinach has been dead long enough to be in the dip, it's inedible.

But spinach dip is so good... I like dead spinach.

  • Spinach dip is too popular to be left in a corner.  I'll be in a different corner still wearing my coat and eating the fun sized Reese cups I've got stashed in my pocket.

If you bring you some spinach dip over to your corner, may have 7 reese cups please?

  • If you manage to sneak away with the spinach dip without drawing a crowd you can have all the reese cups.

If I stand next to the food table, start coughing loudly and talk about “my recent trip to China”, we could have all the food and no crowd.

  • Well, my recliner is in the corner, and of course dip so that I have plenty of jars for curing my shet.
