Two part question: when was the last time you played twister? And I forget the second part of the question.

I just got home from a small dinner party about 17 people. it was fun and pretty chill for most of the night.  Then the couple hosting  pulled out the game twister... I bailed as soon as was suggested ...  of second part of question... who the hell suggest twister at a dinner party???

Part 1.  I’m not sure if I’ve ever played it. I may have as a child, when it would have been nothing more than innocent fun. As an adult (or even as a teen), it would have been kind of a risky game to play. (Cough, cough.)

Part 2. Whoever suggested it either must have been real horny, or planning to get lucky. See the comment above pertaining to riskiness. (Cough, cough.)

Lol it wasn’t that type of party at all though. This is me talking here and I’m home sober at 11pm , that tells you how calm a gathering it was ..  Then the host of the party randomly pulled out the Twister game... it was so random and weird. I had to leave lol.

I would have bailed also had I been in your shoes. I need neither the temptation nor the potential lawsuit.

Lol, lucky for me I drove there and planned to drive back so only had two drinks in 5 hour time span... or I’d be all twisted up with someone’s husband right now and getting the evil eye from his wife :) I totally probably would have played if intoxicated. :)

  • I don't think I've played Twister since middle school. I remember playing it at school in 7th grade; on the last day of school we just played a bunch of games in the halls. It was fun. :)

  • I actually played it a couple months ago when one of my kids had their birthday party. As far as it being introduced to a group of adults at a dinner party?  The hosts were obviously testing the waters to see if they couldn't possibly turn it into a sex party.  Probably after Twister they broke out the capes and masks and said "Hey let's watch Eyes Wide Shut!"

It was so odd to me they pulled out twister. it was the most calm dinner party, nobody was wrecked or anything. most people in there late 30’s early 40’s...probably A good thing I left when I did...I love costumes so I may have been pulled into their eyes Wide shut trap!

  • Noo....don't become Domino.  You'd let these people ruin your life and before you know it you're living in a studio apart in the seedy part of town waiting for gentleman callers.

  • With that movie "That's what she said..." moments turn into "Woah...that's what she's actually doing..." moments.
