That’s the part I’m having the hardest part with, I went to the gym almost every morning before work. I guess I’m just going to get fat now. THAT IS FINE.
I have been going to the park that has some steep hills and doing some brisk walking. I've tried exercising at home and I always lose focus. I miss my Pilates class and my strength training sessions.
That might not be a good idea because this coronavirus could mutate and then start turning people into zombies. I just watched a movie called Zombie Land and it showed that zombies get the chunky people first. Cheers!
