No...I used to collect coins, but I gave them to my children. And most of my fossil collection. My only hobby is coming here.

I've already spent more time writing my book than I did in most of 2019.

  • Nah, all of my attention still goes toward my girls.  I hacked 2 of them to death just earlier today. xD

  • No, I really did kill them.  Then, I dismembered them and hung their body parts up to dry in a dark, cool place for a few days.  I didn't think I'd ever get their sticky blood off my fingers.  Almost time to conceive a couple more and do it all over again just for kicks.

You're fun to crack up.  My girls are my MJ plants. xD

There are many things that develop in cool, dark, places.  Children have proven to be one of them.
When you are done drying the parts, do you sell them on the market as jerky?  Who would know the difference?
As far as the sticky blood off your fingers, pass it off as fingernail polish.  Just don't touch anything fuzzy.

Have fun playing in your dark room and developing what soon to be next year's jerky stash.

  • I have more than I know what to do with and more due in about 2 months.  I need to slow down. xD

Edit:  No, I don't sell my jerky.  I can't risk running out.  We went under that stay-at-home order at midnight last night and I have enough to ride it out for at least five years if need be. :P This post was edited by Benedict Arnold at April 1, 2020 3:40 PM MDT

    Not me.
My life is normally very isolated anyway, apart from living with Ari.
I've adapted so well that I'm enjoying it.

The drought has finally broken in my area,
and the weather is absolutely ideal for working with the horses and on the land.

My uni (Southern Cross) closed three weeks ago, but all courses are running online.
The number of readings, the assignments and the time they take remains the same.
The only difference it makes is not commuting two hours each way,
and not being able to see my writerly friends.
However, even these friendships are not altered; we talk on the phone and by email.

I go shopping for groceries (taking my own shopping bags and doing my own packing as per normal.
And I buy horse feed, weed killer, diesel fuel and bits for the tractor.
I wear a face mask and gloves and keep my distance from everyone.

    Very Nice.
I also choose to spend 95% of my free time with Don, exclusively.    My social skills have probably gone to the wayside.
Still, it is good you are taking precautions.
I'm sure your beautiful horses and other animals, flowers, and garden keep you very busy.
Keeping friends is very important.  It is to me here, and to my family as well.
In conclusion, I am glad to hear to are taking precautions while being around others.
You are a great example on how to live and keep on moving forward.
    Awesome!
    :) :)

Not wearing a watch or looking at a clock.  That would be unused time.
    ;) :)

I still have plenty of time to read and crochet.  In fact, I'm almost finished with the cozy I'm crocheting for an M1A1 Abrams tank.

I'm so glad you didn't go with a camouflage theme.
It had been way over done on these body types and really is drab.
This is much more appealing and catches your eye.
    I love it!!!!
    :D! D!!

Yes. My hobbies have been severely restricted because the club aspects are closed, but I have not abandoned them.
