    I know a child named Nilo.
    I think it is a cool name.
    It has your "N" and your "O" sound.

    There are many different meanings all of which are good.
    I like it.  I hope you do, too!

    Why not name him/her for a relative to avoid a dumb-sounding name that you may regret later? And I hope you didn't get pregnant by sitting on a toilet seat wrong or sniffing the cheese on your numb finger, lol.
